CarPlay, Apple Music and iOS 10

Anyone had any trouble with their playlists on CarPlay. I have a large playlist and as of iOS 10 it's chopped a lot of tracks off the top and bottom of the playlist. No problems beforehand. Is there a limit to playlist sizes?
