Are you any good at DIY?

You'd get it setup in an afternoon yourself if you are even reasonably technically /diy competent

Buy a sub and receiver on satsklep.pl / cardsplitter.pl (both reputable)and an 80cm triax dish and inverto lnb, some coaxial cable and f-connectors and you are ready to install or pay to have it installed

(there are better receivers/dishes etc but this setup is easy to source and reliable brand names)
