Aim for 7:30 given you have luggage to check in

I caught a flight in Dublin to France with a different airline two Wednesdays`s ago for same time. Flew through security in 12 mins and baggage lines were all short for id say once you were there before 8 be fine.

90 minutes would be fine at that stage.

It's well after the first wave of flights.

A lot of the people travelling early are frequent flyers so they know the rules and they tend to get through the security lanes relatively fast. That and the fact that all of the security lanes will be open means that even if you are travelling in the first big wave of flights between 6 and 7 a.m., you will get through quickly as I found when I flew early on a couple of occasions recently.

It's a few years now since I encountered a queue before the point where you show your boarding pass prior to proceeding into the security area so unless you're flying to the US or you have kids and/or bags to check in, I don't see any reason to arrive more than 60 minutes before a flight.

The big potential problem is delays due to accidents on the M1 or M50.
