    Q1: There is a leak on the mains that runs through my private property. What can you do to help?

    We would require the following details in order to look into this:

    -    Name;
    -    Address; and
    -    Contact number.

    Q2: I have requested a certificate of discharge but it hasn’t come yet.

    Please send the following details via private mail and we will look into this:

    -    Name;
    -    Address;
    -    Contact number; and
    -    Confirmation that you are the account holder.

    Q3: I am moving out of my property but I have received two unpaid bills in February and May this year. I thought billing had been suspended? And how do I close my account?

    The bill you received in May, would have been for the period up to March 31 and the bill you received in February would have been for the last billing period in 2015.

    If you call us on 1850 448 448 up to 10 days prior to your move, we can update your account with the details.

    Q4: Our water pressure is really low and it is also affecting our neighbours. I checked your Twitter feed but there are no works in the area?

    If there are no known works posted on our Twitter feed or www.water.ie/help-centre/service-updates, please send us the following details via private mail and we will follow up with your local Water Department:

    - Name;
    - Address; and
    - Contact number.

    Q5: When will my water meter be installed?

    Once your meter is due to be installed you will receive notification in the post two weeks in advance of works, and again two days before installation.
