Focus Mares CX - full carbon cx bike

I'm putting my lovely Focus up for sale if anyone is interested in a nice CX / road bike package. I've decided I'm not going to go back to CX this season. I gave it a lash last year and it was fun, but I don't quite have the same goo on me as they say this year to go back to it. I bought this last year and did three races on it, but mostly it's been my back up road and training bike. It's actually a really nice road bike. Really comfy, really responsive. Crackin ride.

    Full carbon frame, size 56.
The groupset is a 10 speed shimano mix:
    Ultegra rear derailleur.
    105 levers.
Two cranksets - (see pics) a new tiagra 36:52 road chainset is fitted at the moment, and I also have the original Focus CX chainset (36:46).
Two wheelsets again as pictured above - road aksiums and cx fulcrum 6.5's with brand new Maxis Mud Wrestlers (not pictured), never ridden and already setup as tubeless.

I'm looking for 1400 quid for the lot.

The plan is to replace this with a regular road bike, so I would entertain a swop for a size 56 ish road (race geometry) bike of equal or better quality, with cash either way if required.

    Hi FB,

I may be interested in buying or doing a swap with you for a road bike of similar size frame/make and manufacturer. PM me for details.

Got an offer of a swop but it was too big for me.

Just to be clear. A 56 top tube / virtual top tube. (please:))

    Hi,
I have a Bianchi Vertigo Carbon 105 10speed from 2012 or 2013(not 100% sure) and I am interested in doing cross this year. Has done a lot of kms(25k +) during the winter but I have replaced the cassette, chain and chainrings on it around April this year. The cables are a bit worn at the moment and would have to change them. Would you be interested in a swap with this bike?
    Thanks,
    Eoin.

Hey Eoin. No I wouldn't fancy the swop I'm afraid but I do appreciate my asking for the bike is a bit rich! I wasn't sure if I was going to do any cx or not, but now I've definitely decided not.

So I'm dropping the price to 900 quid. See if that piques any interest.
