So when I connect my “i Tech” USB bluetooth adapter (V 2.0)to my Acer 8.1, device detected and drivers load. I change the bluetooth surport service to automatic & manage to pair my Anker bluetooth speakers with the laptop. So when I connect my “i Tech” USB bluetooth adapter (V 2.0)to my Acer 8.1, device detected and drivers load. I change the bluetooth surport service to automatic & manage to pair my Anker bluetooth speakers with the laptop. However, when I power on the speakers, sound drops from the laptop and the Anker speakers work for a moment then nothing. I have the Anker inches away from the USB bluetooth device. Task manager reports Bluetooth not connected. The speakers work fine with my Android phone.
Thoughts welcome..
