Ski Goggles ideal VLT?

I'm thinking of picking up a new pair of ski goggles with a replacement lens. Would anyone know the ideal VLT of the 2 lenses I should go for so i'm well covered? Just looking for a rough figure on the 2, thanks

Not overly technical on VLT, but if you could only choose two, Pink Iriduim and fire iridum with Oakley, One is good for low to medium and one is good for medium to high light.

Your trading off a little on each but getting a more rounded performance. The below link might help
