Value of shed to rent

Building a new shed and almost at the finishing stage. Just wondering what it's worth to set for the winter. It's 6 spans of slats with 34 feet of a lie back. There's no feed or bedding, just concrete and steal. Thanks

I have a guy who is half interested. He is around 7 mile from it. To drive a tractor a diet feeder over here and pay for the privelige to do so is questionable.

Is my shed at 6 spans worth €3000 or €1500? Better than having it idle.
