Try reset network settings. Doing so will delete any wifi passwords though.

yes, that's the link they sent me.
I have the settings as required (I reckon...) but still no Internet connection ?

Maybe a trip to a phone shop needed ?

I have the same issue with my iPhone 4 for about the last six weeks - sometimes it'll work if I turn airplane mode on and off. I'm with Meteor. I contacted them and they said I needed a new SIM card, but it didn't make a difference. I put it down to the age of the phone and I probably won't investigate too much further as I have a 7 arriving soon. I figured I deserved an upgrade after six years!

    Reply from Tescomobile .....

"We are currently experiencing an issue with our data signal in Kildare and Kilkenny.

Our technicians are aware of this and are working to get the problem resolved as soon as possible.

I'm really sorry but, at the minute, we don't have a time frame for this.

I'm very sorry for any inconvenience caused."

No mobile data since last week, and not a word of warning or explanation to their customers !!! And no "Time Frame" ...... Pathetic....
    SHOCKING SERVICE !!!!!
