Just as the title says.. have to replace a few items & the shop do take them away (& sell them on for parts i'm sure) so trying to find out if there's anywhere that i can sell them on directly for use as parts?

Old appliances are dismantled for recycling, not for parts. What market do you think exists for secondhand parts for washing machines or TVs - none is the answer. The reason the shops take them away is not because they are full of valuable parts but because they are obliged to do so under WEEE legislation. So let the store take away your old appliances, they are worth nothing.
