I did not copy the email address as I am not sure its a correct one. it reads as

CreditControl at eircom.net ( i replaced the @ sysmbol)

can someone confirm this is a valid email address from eircom, it strikes me as a scam mail but don't want to dismiss it just in case.

Apologies for the delayed response.

I can see I've responded to you on a similar post in relation to this earlier today. It does look to be a scam. We have been made aware of an increase in spam emails the past number of months. I have passed this onto the relevant team. We no longer use eircom.net email addresses. I would recommend deleting this & not to follow any links.
