Slow broadband.

    Hi,
         My broadband has been running under 2mbps since yesterday. It normally runs at 24mbps.
    I have tried calling Eir technical support several times but no one is answering. 
    Can anyone tell me why Eir won't answer? And also why my bb is so bad now?
