Certificate of discharge

    Hi

    Posting on behalf of a friend. She paid all her bills and just paid the last one and asked for a certificate of discharge. It is nearly 2 weeks and she has still not received it. What is the problem?

    In order to investigate this, we would require your friend to contact us directly. If she wishes, she can send a PM with the following details:

    - Name;
    - Address;
    - Contact number; and
    - Confirmation that she is the account holder.
