    Bro back from Belgium dropped a bottle of this nectar from the gods to me this afternoon,75cl,8.4%,fabolus stuff altogether,any one here experience this beautiful beer,think it's fab,strong but sweet,too easy to drink,need to relish it,good film,peace,chilled beer,whst more can a man ask for?

    Similar to a Dutch beer I drank years ago,draught,kinda cloudy,with a lemony Lemony flavour,w well citrus anyway,but lovely summer drink

    yip. great beer. have a couple of bottles at home, but its been a while since I had one, so need to revisit. Can be picked up in a set at times with glasses..glasses are cool

    Expensive obviously,i take it,dirt cheap in Belgium compared to here,id say.

    Molloys - €3.49 for a 330ml bottle.
    *Edit* not much use if you're in Cork, but they do deliver. Buy 29 bottles and delivery is free!
    But more seriously, it's available in most decent off-licenses.

    I'd imagine it's available in Bradley's, Abbot's Ale House and Bierhaus pretty much all the time.

    Bradleys would usually have it in 750ml for about 8/9yoyo i think...
    have seen the 330ml bottles in a few places in Cork...

    indeed, but on the other hand it might lead to increased availability so could be a good thing so long as they leave the existing brewery to more or less do their own thing.

    slight tangent, but in-bev now own Spaten-Franziskaner in Munich and it still hasnt stopped them keeping all the old favourites but coming up with new tipples, one of which is the Franziskaner Kellerbier which is a savage good beer. Well, it was designed to be "drinkable" and that it definitely is ! Not overly sweet or carbonated and just a damn good beer.
