Bosch washing machine shock replacement

    Hi I need to replace the shocks on my bosch washing machine and it looks like the plastic bits need to be drilled out.

    Anyone know how to do this.

    Can you take a pic? Normally those pins can be pushed out, you might need to squeeze one end of them to do this though.
