6" tablet

    Hey all,

    So the little fella has become addicted to Pokemon Go which is fine, except for the fact that his 8" tablet is a bit big to be carrying around anyway but he's also only 4.

    I could just get him something like a used S5, but are there any decent 6"-ish (he normally plays it on my S6 Edge+) tablets out there that won't break the bank and have at least 2GB RAM?

    We picked up a Galaxy Tab 3 7" tablet Kid for our little one a while back, can be used in standard android or kids mode and comes withm two decent rubberised cases so its fairly durable; think its only 1GB RAM though.
