How long in advance of posting Irish invites should U.K. invites be posted?
They'd like them all to deliver on the same day.
Would 2 days earlier be safe?

You'll never be guaranteed a delivery date unless you pay extra. The general postal service in the UK is ABYSMAL. I've ordered stuff from the Uk and the US on the same day and the US stuff invariably arrives sooner.

Id say to be safe leave it 5 days. Post in Ireland is great i must say, but as above UK post is not so great... Id post UK ones on Monday and Irish ones in Friday

    Ok. Thanks for the replies.
They can't control it so no point worrying about it.

I would leave it four to five days to be on the safe side but have noticed that post can vary among different areas within the UK.

Tough luck to Aunty Mary, you can't control the post, so it's not your problem.
