    Hi guys,
Has anyone any experience good or bad either working on a job bridge scheme in Waterford or trying to employ someone for it?
I recently posted a position but very few replies.
I posted here in Waterford forum as it is local feedback I would like!

You want someone to paint your ceiling via a Jobbridge scheme?

    Am I correct?

NO not correct. I am looking to train someone to inspect luxury hotels, so your a little off the target.

How come you won't hire someone properly for it?

Why the job bridge route? Is there a chance of full time employment at the end of it?

Honestly because it will take months and months to train someone to professionally inspect a luxury hotel, learn about food, wine, spas, service, guest experience, research the hotels before visiting, securing hotels for inspections, etc.
Sounds like an easy job but very far from it.
Yes 100% a job in it if the person wants the position and most importantly is willing to work hard and has a passion for the work.
There is a lot of boring emails, reports, etc. goes into it before you ever step inside of a hotel.

Afaik many of these positions are filled before going live. ....people drop in cvs and the positions get created via jobbridge
