    Mornin' all

Looking to get the house (1960s build, 3 bed in the city) BER certified... want to get it on the market for sale in the next few weeks and have a few loose ends to today up.

Anyone had one done recently and care to pass on the info? I have the list of Limerick certified assessors from the website, was just hoping to use someone tried and tested.

    Thanks in advance

I had my house assessed this morning - I'm awaiting the certificate. I'm pretty happy with the job so far. I'll PM you his details.
