    What kind of condiments?

Cholula hot sauce is available nearly everywhere, and it's my Mexican sister-in-law's favorite. Salsa cruda, salsa rojo, and adobo, I make and can at home. I make my own chili powder, too (a great gift and I use it for fajita marinade as well since I don't put salt in it). I make mole when I need it for a recipe (not often; I'm not a huge fan). There's a decent substitute for Goya Sazon that you can make yourself; the achiote is there just for color really... if you want I can dig up the link. Order saffron from Amazon, where it is much cheaper than other places. Always, always make your own guacamole and pico de gallo fresh on the spot. I'm sure someone knows where to get tomatillos for salsa verde; that's the one I don't know. Anything else?
