Loose Loo Seat

Have a problem with a Twyfords Loo seat. It comes loose frequently and I have been able to tighten it up now by screwing in the bolt.
Now the insert has come away and the rubber grommet is very loose.
Anyone know where I can get spares and how the grommet is held in the bowl. I cannot see anyway to get at it.
The seat is held on by two posts which are fitted to the bowl by a round plastic plate. The bolt ( or screw) goes into an insert that goes into a grommet.
    Trying to post a photo.
    Thanks
p.s Something like a Pressalit soft close but the gripping part is mounted in a grommet not lie the fly nuts used on Pressalit.
Are the sizes of mounting holes standard across the range of bowls or do they vary?

    Found it on Amazon.

It is an Infinity Top Fixing Hinge Kit. Seems a bit Mickey Mouse. Anybody recommend of a better seat with stronger top mountings?
    Thanks
