Tiling dog kennels

Hi wondering about tiling dog kennels have researched a bit. Epoxy seems to be the best grout option but one tiler said it's difficult to use and a stain resistant flex grout will do the same?
I'm worried about porous grout as would absorb bacteria etc. I will need this grout to withstand powerwashing and disinfectant

Any help be much appreciated

better off with an industrial type "lino" for inside

It's for inside had minoleum how ever you spell it and destructive dogs managed to rip from corners even tho it was heated on professionally

Then consider screwing down Alu SS or galvo-ed checker plate, you might pick up some S/H
