    Dealz have them.

the dealz ones are the knockoffs that came out around the time Walshes closed business, they later started up again.

I prefer the orginal walshes ones, they are in my tesco, noticed them the other day. They often go to half price at 99cent for 2.

I found a recipe for them a few week sI have not tried.

    http://www.lecraic.com/2009/06/23/spice-burger-recipe/

For those who would prefer not to eat lip meat and lungs, the Mirror publised a recipe for Spice Burgers on Friday and here it is.

1lb of Mince (not too lean, with 3% fat for succulence)
    Half cup of breadcrumbs
    1 onion
    Parsley
    Pinch of chilli
    Pinch of nutmeg
    One egg
    Flour
Seasoning (lips and lungs if you like)
Knead the mince, onion, parsley, and bredcrumbs together. Add in a little bit of nutmeg and chilli. Mix in egg and a little flour, again kneading. Fry with a small amount of oil until cooked and golden brown.

If you are in the chip shop business, just lump all the ingredients together and mash it about a bit and then incinerate for 5 minutes in very hot lard.

Can be served hot or cold. Have bucket nearby for vomit later.

    Enjoy your Spice Burger!

If anyone has seen the Walsh ones this week in Dublin can you let me know? I've visitors coming over from England and they are always top of the demand list. My local Tesco, Duness and Super Valu have none.

I'be seen them in Dunne's on George's Street, in the fridge across from all the cooked meats.

They regularly drop to half price 99c in tesco too. I only buy them at that price.
