Main concerns are, do i really need an i7 for just gaming? Is the PSU good enough? The word Bronze in its name is so off-putting...

What resolution and refresh rate are you at? 60fps doesn't need an i7, higher ones don't really either but you have the budget.

Your prices are off because you're on the American site, plug that into the German or UK one and see what you come out at. Build is sound though

Build is pretty much flawless to be fair. If you're gaming at beyond 60hz, i7 is an advantage. At standard 60hz at 1080 or 1440p, not really as an i5 will keep pace far beyond that with a GTX1070. The bronze refers to efficiency, the PSU itself is solid.

You could go for faster ram as in tandem with an i7, ram running at 2400-3000mhz will also show some gains when running beyond 60hz. Again, on a standard monitor, not to much an issue.

60hz at 1080 monitor at the moment and i'm happy enough to stick with it till it dies. In that case i'd be probably settling on an i5 and save abit of cash, for some games to play maybe :pac:

DDR4-3000 since you have the budget.
Samsung 850 since you have the budget.
EVGA Supernova G2 since they are probably the best you can buy right now.

I disagree, 1060 will barely push past 60fps in some games at Ultra settings.

Might as well go for the next tier if it's in budget.
