College Laptop - What should our budget be?

    Hi, currently looking to buy a decent laptop for my younger brother who is starting Computing and Communications Engineering next week. The specs he's looking for are i5, 8GB RAM and 1TB storage. We've found a Lenovo Ideapad 510 for €700 in PCWorld but that's a bit above budget we're wondering if we could get a better deal with the same specs? Would anyone have any recommendations of other laptops either?
