Can you identify this large bird. (ID'd as White-tailed Eagle)

10-09-2016 7:54am#1Spotted this massive bird along the shores of Lough ree yesterday…. Seen it a few times before this month but never had the camera ready. I’ve been living next to lake for over 10 years and have never seen it before…. Its look like an eagle? Could it be?
It has a very wide wing span… yellow feet with long legs… heres a few photos, they aren’t the best as it was some distance away….
In the last photo looks like theres something tagged on his left wing.8
