€500 with a monitor is pretty tight, you'd probably do better going second hand.

Well that's the thing im just looking for a counter my dad said he will sort out the monitior

Focus on getting a good motherboard first and then build from that, dont worry about the monitor until after you have a good strong stable foundation for you PC, if your are building it. If not I suggest looking up a few good components and learning them and go searching for a good seconded hand one.

Also I disagree.
No need to buy a mid/high-end board unless your budget is €900+
