The Topaz garage on Templeville Rd, Templeogue, is doing free car washes all day.

1. Not much use if you're not in South Dublin.
2. With bus strike related traffic, probably not even much use even if you are in South Dublin.
3. Pishin' down. Not a great day for a car wash. Probably better off dumping a load of fairy liquid on the roof and letting the rain do its thing...

TL;dr If you and your car are within a few hundred yards of the Topaz garage on Templeville Road, they'll wash it for free today. Then you can get it all mucky again on the short drive back to where you started from.
