Idea's for a career change

    Been working in Childcare and looking to change sector..
    Feel anxious and having panic attacks regulary about going in, need a change. With the way things are spend all day filling in paper work rather then being with the children, bad pay etc. Any advice, guidance please :) thanks!

    What Kind of people do you like hanging out with. What kind of businesses would you find those kind of people. Surround yourself with the right people and you LL be well on the way.

    Childcare is tough, crap money, tonnes of responsibility but if you love working with children, that seems to be the norm for that sector.

    Feeling a bit anxious about going into work isn t unusual, if you are actually at a point where you are experiencing panic attacks on a regular basis, then maybe you need to talk to someone, as that sounds more serious.

    I ve worked in the same type of job for a long time but in different places, how supportive your colleagues are and whether you can enjoy working with them makes all the difference. Its harder to stay going when that's not great.
