Moto G 2nd Gen - what's taking up my internal storage?

The internal storage suddenly became full on my Moto G but I can't tell what's taking up this space.

In Storage & USB / Internal storage it says:
    Used 5.45 of 5.51 GB
    Apps 2.20 GB
Cached data 3.78 MB (I cleared this)

So there is something else taking up over 3GB of space but I don't have any idea what it is. I have tried to Migrate Data, which says it will free up 1.35 GB of space, but this gets to about 60% and then says 'not enough storage space'.

I have over 4 GB of space left on my SD card so space shouldn't be a problem.

I've rebooted a few times but this doesn't help. Can anyone advise on how I can find out what's taking up this space and possibly delete it?
