Ebay Global SHipping from USA

Hi all, usually do my best to avoid the global shipping program but couldnt on this occaision so this is my first time using it from the usa. Just noticed the tracking info says it arrived in feltham with ''destination courier'' this morning. Is there must chance theyve mistakenly put my addresspal address on it as they're both linked to my a/c or is it normal for packages to Ireland to come through England? also if it is normal any chance of it turning up tomorrow?

Feltham is a centralised distribution point for packages. I had a similar WTF moment before when I saw this but its normal. From there it will be handed over to another courier to be delivered to Ireland.

The only problem I've personally had was tracking it after it left Feltham as the tracking info often doesn't transfer to the final delivery company. It is on its way to you though.

thanks a million, was thinking that might be the case alright just assumed the worst from the off as usual! thats my mind put at ease at least? any idea what courier they use here or does it vary?

Sorry had to have a look at my past tracking info to remember how I found the details (ebay need to fix this blind spot badly).

Put your eBay UPAA tracking number (in your order details info) into this. Its Pitney Bowes tracking site. It should show who the destination courier is.

just got an email with updates there, I'll post the details for anyone stumbling on this at a later date with the same issue.

Got an email saying it was with the deliver carrier, checked my order details page on the ''purchase history'' section of my ebay and when I clicked on the UPAAA- number a box came up with ''This post has been transferred to INTEBK for delivery to the final destination'' and under that a line of random letters and numbers which contained the letters ''LPKEN'' followed by 15digits. Copy the LPKEN number and paste it to https://www.trackyourparcel.eu/index.php and It will tell you the carrier (an post for me) and a tracking number to use with them. Hopefully this helps anyone else wondering in the future!

Also to note they left out the county on the address of my package but thankfully it included my eircode so there shouldnt be any problems with it getting to me. Can see this causing problems for someone who isnt using their eircode yet!

If there is a chance, I'll never do by Global shipping again. It's a slowest system ever experienced. Lost 2 days on "Processing global shipping center" then also took another 2 days "Customs documentation and labelling" (weekdays, not weekend either) and the 4 days US to UK. If at the company where I work, order something from the states it's took 3 max 4 days, no express. I'm waiting more than 16 days ago. The UPAA tracker workin for me only, the other one not, but the UPAA tracker location also empty last 2 scans since left Feltham UK. :mad:

When you bought your item what delivery date did it give you?

Ordered last year 30th Dec and estimated delivery was 10th Jan.
