Iv been asked for some advice on a city car as a 2nd car for a family.

Requirements are that it provides cheap hassle free motoring and has back doors. Maybe easy to park too but that's it.

    What do they buy?

Budget say less than 10k. Tbh purchase price isn't relevant more so total cost of ownership so higher purchase price will typically mean higher depreciation so the lower the better. But balance with hassle free motoring.

    Thanks
