    Hi. Hope I'm posting this in the correct forum . Is acceptable practice for an optician who claims to provide digital retinal photography and fails to identify a serious on-going eye condition after the test?

    Would be a medico-legal issue and neither the health sciences or legal forums are going to let you discuss it. You need to talk a solicitor if you think there's a case.
