My vet did tell me there is a company in Ireland I think, that can tell you the actual breed of the dog. I think you need to send off a slip of hair. Can anyone shed any light on this please?

I wouldn't have any huge confidence in them, but whatever floats yer boat :D

Do you have a picture of her standing sideways as well? Being able to see the tail and the body shape helps a lot in identifying a breed too. :o

I'm seeing Shih Tzu x Yorkie so far.

Ahhhhh thanks so much! I presume the other pup I have in the first picture is Shih Tsu!

I thought the pup on the left had a slightly longer face than a shih tsu. I thought Havanese first off but there aren't too many of those around. Maybe shih tsu cross? Hard to tell from one pic though. :)

I probably sound mad but I thought the coat coat and colour of the second pup on the pic where he's lying on the couch looked like a cocker. That wouldn't explain his ears though which def look more yorkie-ish...

I'm terrible at this game btw, esp with the smallies. I just like playing. :D

Might sound a bit weird, but I actually see a little chihuahua in the first pup as well as shih tzu and yorkie

SERIOUSLY cute! A bit of Papillion in there because of the tufts on the ears?! How much does she weigh? (is she fully grown?)

Oh she is a grand size. Like a jack Russell size really! She has longer hair but was groomed recently! Yea, she is fully grown - she's about 6 now.

If pup is a pup, and it looks like she's pretty young, then she might grow more into the Shih Tsu shape if she's a purebreed.
However, as it stands, I'm seeing some terrier in her as well as Shih Tsu. She is ridiculously cute too... it's definitely a cuteness overload in your house pinkstars :o

I think the blonde one looks like a golden cocker mixed with a terrier
