Parcel Connect (Fastway) parcel mix up

    I picked up a delivery from Parcel Connect (Fastway), only to discover that they had put the wrong label on it and I now have someone else's parcel.

    Im freaking because where is mine! They slapped a label with my name and address over someone else's name and address!

    It was clothes I was waiting on and I'm off on holidays at the weekend. If I don't get my parcel on time, there is no point in getting it at all.

    I will be contacting Fastway in the morning but has this happened to anyone before?
