If we look at the manual
    https://www.ncts.ie/media/1004/nct-manual-july-2014.pdf
we see about wipers "This test only applies to front windscreens."

About springs, that should be fine too provided car can handle the usual tests.

Rear wiper is not required for test, and lowering spring will be fine.

BTW - OT - how much increase did they ask you for you insurance premium due to lowering springs, and which insurer was happy to accept you?

Not in a while - but last time I asked for a defenition of a modification from my insurance company it was: any modification, addition or enhancement to increase top speed and/or acceleration.

And also, where's that rolleyes smiley....

Well technically lowered springs will cause less drag and allow the car to accelerate faster. so maybe his 0-60 time is 17.8 seconds instead of the standard 17.9

Also op no they wont care about the rear wiper i removed mine in my polo after realizing that the previous owner had removed the button to turn on the rear wiper :P

Good luck, and let us know how the test goes!

I hope the 300e includes for new standard springs? Really shouldn't cost that much it's a pretty simple and quick job.
