They are the regular online prices not the warehouse sale prices.

If it's anything like the last one I went to, prepare for a long queue for the carpark, a longer queue to enter the warehouse and yep you guessed an even longer queue to pay for the goods. Dont bother, go to the shop, pay the extra tenner and save yourself a huge amount of queueing or just order online, pull a sicky and wait for the goods to be dilivered.

Hope the below helps guide some of you if you are thinking of going:
Arrived there 9.30am Sat. Parked outside nearby warehouse under Arnotts security staff instruction. Queue was 1.5 blocks long, and was to about 2 blocks long by 9.55am when they opened the doors.
Very good deals on beds and mattresses. They had about 6-8 core types only, that you could select any of the 4 main bed sizes, then with base, and with base with drawers. I would imagine these deals are available all weekend - delivery 5-6 weeks so I would imagine they are coming from factory in UK straight to you, via Arnotts. Getting a sales rep to actually buy one was about 15 mins of a wait and follow them around!, as there were only a few of the sales staff (yet 2 hours later there was no wait for them)
Lots of individual mattresses and beds, all ex display. I would imagine they were first come first served. A lot sold within first 2 hours, so don't know what the restock rates were like for the rest of the weekend.
Bought 4'6 mattress and base with drawers for EUR800 plus EUR50 delivery. Seemingly full price was X2 it. This is the product: http://www.rest-assured.co.uk/our-collections/eloquence-beds/cashmere-ortho-2000-mattress/#&panel1-1
Mattress in UK is GBP500 alone, so hope I got a good deal, but I have no idea!
Bought a matching headboard (ex display, so last one, but still in wrapper). Same as this: http://www.justheadboards.co.uk/upholstered/monique-fabric-headboard.html for EUR215, again half price. But again think I did ok.
I did not look at TV's or sofas, so no comment there.
Most small electrical was around the same price as in any sale.
They have lots of duvet bed sets, but only 4-5 types/colours. Nothing took our fancy. Lots of good prices on towels, pillows and duvets. Bought some replacements products in those. Bianca was brand for towels. 2 Foxford pillows = EUR20.
The following was exactly the same price in store as in warehouse: http://www.arnotts.ie/karla-bree-seersucker-135-tog-duvet/414128/979400400100
Lots of Tipperary crystal candles (eur9) and diffusers (EUR13).
Bought the following as a present: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Nescafé-Piccolo-Beverage-DeLonghi-EDG200-B/dp/B004TRY3TE for EUR55. They had original price at EUR110, but based on the Amazon price I think the price I paid was ok for a B&M store.
I probably thought I did better then I actually did, when I checked the prices online afterwards.
The queue to pay at the end was 15-20 mins around 11am in store.
When we were leaving then, queue to enter the warehouse was the full 2 blocks, and the cars were queued into the industrial estate out onto the N1, right down part Morton Stadium and towards Omni. There was a funeral in the middle of it, so not sure what it would have been like without that.
So in the end, hard to know. Happy with the deal on the mattress and bed base/head board as that is what we went for. After that, similar deals online, and the long queues would put me off.
