Anyone recognise this plant

    I know these plants were intentionally planted in my garden as same distance between 3 large plants. They are huge and only flower for a week or so about now. They look more like a weed the rest of the time. Anyone know what they are and if possible to replant at what time of year (want to move to back of beds)

    They look like phlox, which can be very attractive, they look as though they need a bit of a feed. You ca move them when they have finished flowering and have started to die back, cut them back and move them.

    Yes it's a Phlox, I found that if left unchecked they can spread easily enough
