Started Interval Training Today

    Was advised to do 5 minutes at 'race pace' and 5 minutes off. I couldn't get beyond 3 minutes but hopefully that will become possible as I get stronger?. Am fairly experienced but largely outside the 'club' scene. How do others manage with intervals? Anyone else starting to do them?
