    Hi there

Back in May I did three weeks of college exam invigilating. There was two weeks of 3 days and one week of 2 days.

The pay per week would have staggered due to number of hours in the examination hall.

Over the three week my gross pay came to €554. This would equal to €184.66 per week.

Six weeks after the three weeks of work, I submitted my hours to the Social Welfare (company wouldn't sort it out earlier).

My net pay is equal to €462.80 which equals on average €154 a week.

Social Welfare have not paid me the difference. The guy at the hatch said it is unlikely since I didn't submit them much sooner. I explained that the company paying me wouldn't do them earlier than pay day.

Do I have a case with Social Welfare? I'm losing out approximately €340

    Thanks
