Snapchat and battery drops

Does anyone know of any reason why Snapchat would cause ridiculous drops in battery levels. For example. If I open Snapchat at 65% for example, sometimes over the space of 10 seconds or so it'll have dropped to below 50%. It doesn't happen all the time, but just seems to happen randomyly. Also when I get a warning at 15%…

Does anyone know of any reason why Snapchat would cause ridiculous drops in battery levels. For example. If I open Snapchat at 65% for example, sometimes over the space of 10 seconds or so it'll have dropped to below 50%. It doesn't happen all the time, but just seems to happen randomyly. Also when I get a warning at 15% of low battery, and I open Snapchat it'll kill the battery and I need to charge again from 0%.

Phone is Note 4 and I'm running 6.0.1
