    hey folks,

Can I fly to the US on a 1 way ticket, but return on a different ticket?

I'm flying over to bring nephews home.

    thanks.

Yes, you can. It'll certainly be helpful (in terms of US Immigration admitting you) to have proof of your return trip booked etc.

A one way ticket alone isn't enough to exclude you from entering the US, but only having the inbound flight booked may cause the US authorities to scrutinise your plans more.

yes you can; be aware that airlines may get confused if you travel one way without a visa listed on their info (happened to us), but yes, as long s you have concrete plans to leave again within 90 days you are fine.
