Hi all , recently was involved in a serious car crash I don't know if it was my fault or not till the its released . if it was my fault will I get insurance and how much will it be roughly the claim would be big and can I drive with insurance while I'm waiting for the for the thing to be resolved

There is not enough information in your post to make a guess. If you caused the crash you may face charges and possible driving ban.
No-one knows for sure so you'll just have to wait for an answer
