My fiance was driving my car and caught speeding. She has the form right now and is doing her nut cause she can't understand what she needs to do at the post office.

Afaik all that has to be done is I sign the middle piece of the form in the middle page and then she puts in her details on the same piece of the form. Incl her address and drivers license.

She is confused cause that piece of the form says 'name of the driver' which I understand to be her not me. She understands that to be me not her
I don't have the form in front of me

    Does anyone know?
Sorry for the sketchy details I'm at work and she is screaming at me

Well if she was driving the car at the time of the incident then yes she is the Driver as far as the form is concerned!

    It says driver, not owner.
