An online booking

    Hi,

    Just a quick query, I booked flights online last week with a reputable website (UK based). It's not the airlines website but it's a travel agent!

    I have been sent two confirmation emails with tickets and reference numbers supplied in the email. The thing is the money hasn't been taken out of my account! Does this mean that the flights aren't booked? Or that thy are and the agent has made an error with the payment?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Did you pay by Credit Card? charges like that usually take a couple of business days to show up on the account, however if you call your bank they should be able to confirm whether any such charges have been made or attempted.
