This circular has recently been issued to enable part time cid holders to get any extra hours available in their schools. But is it just applied on a school level or across the Etb in the case of an Etb school. My sister is in a small centre on a part time cid but with no hope of extra hours as there will not be any more…

My sister is in a small centre on a part time cid but with no hope of extra hours as there will not be any more hours in her subject so can she apply to the Etb for any hours that come up in other schools.
