Car code scanner lead

Hi i am trying to help out a mechanic friend of mine who has a handheld scanner from china that is a clone of Autel maxiscan reader the unit still works perfect but the lead needs replacing as its giving a poor connection as it after market Autel wont deal with me for a new lead so does anyone know a place i can get a new one made up.

No thanks for trying it 16pin i think that plugs into unit & the other end is obd2 to plug into your car i have ordered another unit from china but that could take 6 to 8 weeks to come.
