Tried inputting the frequencies thru other channels. But when I go to view it's saying I've no satellite signal. But I have. I'm watching plenty of other channels. Is it blocked because the English match is on?

I'm on the new software. Can anyone who is on the old software tell me if they are getting it?

It looks like the channel details have changed since I stored it last. I deletd my stored UTV HDchannel and I just re-added it on my skyQ box with detailsin the sticky and it worked fine.

Deleted and added again with the sticky details. No luck.

I have a skyhd box with subscription.

Make absolute 100% certain that you have every line correct. Speaking from experience here where I have had Standard or Modulation wrong and you can't find the channels. I have new software. Just retuned there now as I had lost then. Got STV / UTV / ITV in HD

No. Still not happening for me. Must have tried 10 times. Weird.

Im using an Mvision HD3000 combo box. I've tried tuning ITV HD and UTV HD but cannot get either.

    I've tried the following settings:

    Freq:11097 AND 11068
    Rate:23000
    Pol:Vertical
    Mod:DVB-S2 8PSK
    FEC:2/3 and 3/4

Just wondering if anybody else has an Mvision HD300 and can receive ITV/UTV HD??

    You could also try 11053 H 23000 3/4 8PSK DVB-S2

EDIT: Make sure to delete the old channels first. Some boxes ignore subtle changes because they 'think' they already have the channel.

Thanks for the suggestion, Gerry....I deleted all channels on those three frequencies...11053,11068 and 11097 and rescanned each. I've picked up ITV HD, UTV HD and STV HD amongst others, but all of these display serious breakup on sound AND vision despite getting 77% signal strength and 98% quality.

Its no doubt a software problem.

    update the firmware.

Funny you mention it as my HD300 suffers stuttering on the newly scanned ITV HD channels as well (At least during the England live game the other week). I found freq 11097 to be the least annoying with a glitch only every few mins. Never had an issue with the firmware and ITV HD before.

I haven't updated the firmware - since anything above v4.76 makes CH4 HD stutter.

I updated to 4.92 this morning before I did anything else...just noticed now that it does make Channel 4 HD and BBC HD channels video stutter so I'll be reverting to 4.76 later...

Just wondering, if this is a problem unique to the HD300....does anybody have any problems on any HD channels with the HD270?
