My susi application has been provisionally approved, however, I am curious if this provides for the student contribution charge AND free fees or the just student contribution charge..and if it does not provide for the free fees then does anyone know how to apply for free fees? please help

You must wait until SUSI finalise your application before you know the exact amount of Grant assistance you may receive.

You can google the "free fees initiative" and this will give you the guidance on how it works.
