Cannot remove Shopify password

    I'm having problems with shopify, I've mailed them but im hoping to get it sorted as quickly as possible.
    My site went live a few weeks back, now when I go into my homepage, it's password protected, I enter what I know is my password and it tells me it's incorrect.
    I go in through the settings and I remove the password, yet the same problem still happens, the homepage still shows as protected.
    Just wondering if anyone has had the same problems and how to work around it.

    Edit: just spotted, if I go in through www. I get the password problem, if I leave it out its ok

    Shopify have phone, email, and live chat support. Give one of them a go, will be much quicker than asking here.

    Sorry, should have updated, was entirely my fault, had linked my domain to one shopify site (one I had used as a dummy run) and had not updated it to my new shopify account, all good now. Did find that it may take a while for shopify to respond to mails but they got me sorted quickly.
